Shawna Guy is a Canadian artist living and working in Ottawa, Ontario doing both traditional and digital art. Her passion for art began at a young age, which led to a diploma in Visual Arts and Graphic design. Over the years, she has explored and experimented in many styles and mediums of art. Her mediums of choice are oils and/or acrylic on canvas or wood. Her current work focuses on the empowerment of women by showcasing their strength, beauty and uniqueness. Her style is conceptualized through the use of solid colours, realism and intricate patterns.
