Ordering Info
ONTARIO-WIDE DELIVERY
With the support of our new delivery partner, GLS Canada, we now offer doorstep delivery to the vast majority of Ontario. From St. Catharines to Toronto to Ottawa to Thunder Bay, you can now order Collective Arts directly to your home!
Mostly deliveries will be made 1-3 Days (including weekends) after placing your order with the most remote parts of the province taking up to 15 Days. You will be able to see your home's delivery windows at check out.
Please note the following:
- If your order contains beer or any other drinks, the Order Minimum is $99.99 and shipping is $9.99.
- Shipping is free on orders over $175.
- If you just want a t-shirt, hat etc. and your order only contains merch, the Order Minimum is $19.99 and shipping is $4.99.
- Orders placed before 12pm in Next Day Zones will be delivered the following day. If placed after 12pm, the order will be delivered the day after that.
- Collective Arts Beer Club Memberships should be purchased on their own without anything else in your cart. Beer Club boxes ship every other month starting in February. We will reach out to members directly with Beer Club specific email updates closer to the date of shipment/pick up, so please disregard anything that says otherwise.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you've placed your order, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email from Collective Arts
- Order Tracking email from GLS which you can use to learn the exact date and approx. time your order will arrive. You will be able to use the Waybill Number and your Postal Code to do so.

DOORSTEP DELIVERY FAQ
To keep everyone as safe as possible and ensure we are properly verifying IDs, our drivers can only go as far as the lobby or the front door of your building. Please come down and meet the driver when they arrive. We can only leave your package with a concierge/front desk if you send a picture of your ID to our customer service team or leave your ID with the person who will be holding on to your package for you.
No, unfortunately not. We need to verify that you’re 19+ and ensure your order isn’t left unattended, so we can only deliver to a house, apartment building, or business.
Our spirits and ready to drink cocktails are legally required to be sold with a food item. To make things as simple as possible, we automatically add a $0.05 snack to any order that includes spirits or ready to drink cocktails.
Unfortunately, we are unable to alter your order once it is finalized at checkout. This means we cannot add or remove any items once your card has been charged.
Someone 19+ must be home for us to complete the delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended on a porch, deck, back step, in a lobby, etc. We need to make sure it gets taken inside by someone of legal drinking age. If you're running late or realize you won't be home, we're happy to leave your delivery with a neighbour, provided of course that they're 19+ (we would also appreciate you giving them a heads up as well).
