OUR VALUES

Creativity is the lifeblood of Collective Arts. Without it, we would be just like any other brewery and would not have found the success we enjoy today. That is why we always look for those with inquisitive minds: those that are curious, keen to learn more, and always asking questions.

Community is the second pillar of Collective Arts. Collaboration is a pre-requisite to be successful within our organization. We expect our team members to withhold judgement of others and their ideas, while inspiring creativity in their colleagues.

Leadership is valued at every level of Collective Arts, not just for those at the top. We value honesty above all, and expect our team members to operate with integrity, good intentions, and transparency. You are given the opportunity to take ownership of your role.

FURTHER INFO

Collective Arts was founded on land that is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabek (A-nish-in-ah-beck), Haudenosaunee (Hod-in-oh-saw-nee), Erie, Huron and Neutral-Wendat tribes. Our spaces also exist on the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Mississauga, Wendake-Neonwentsïo, Munsee Lenape & Canarsie tribes. The lands we reside on are currently home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island, within the lands protected by the Dish with One Spoon wampum agreement.

Let us strive to rise above mere words and seek to inspire action and commitment towards recognising and furthering our relationships with the Indigenous peoples and the land they have stewarded for years.

We want to make sure the people who we interact with uphold the values of kindness, empathy, respect, and dignity just like we do! Our code of conduct describes what is expected from our employees as we work together.

LEARN MORE

We are an equal-opportunity, affirmative action employer. We value and welcome diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel like they belong. We will provide accommodations to support applicants with disabilities during the recruitment and selection process. Please contact us should you require any accommodation to participate in the process.

Collective Arts is founded on creativity and community. This means we are on a mission to inspire those around us and do our part to help build a more equitable world. We strive to lead through innovation and creativity which requires diversity, equality, mutual respect, cooperation and understanding across our organization. We will succeed by embracing our differences. Discrimination based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, disability, age, class, religion, ethnic origin, membership category, work category or family status is not tolerated at Collective Arts. Every employee at Collective Arts should feel like they’re part of the family and that they are able to celebrate and embody their absolute truth. We are a collective of people who recognize that diversity is a cornerstone to a healthy, positive and successful place to work.
